Jobs Description

-Handing account payable and account receivable -Recording all daily transaction into QuickBooks and make sure it has enough support -Monitoring revenue and expenditure transaction -Establishing and monitoring the implementation and maintenance of accounting control -Oversee Tax declarations of each branch/business (VAT, WHT, TOS, Profit Tax etc) and annual tax closing -Monthly and yearly tax declaration -Fix asset management, stock/inventory control reports -Overseeing the financial report/performance of the company -Check bills & prepare Petty Cash payment -Well manage accounting documents in file -Daily and monthly report to supervisor or manager -Dealing with government officers if it is required -Ensure that all supporting documents for business tax preparation and declaration -Ensure all Client’s business tax preparation and submission on timely manner -Ensure all invoices are issued accurately and on timely manner -Prepare and Review yearly tax return such as TOP and other tax (Patent tax...) -Other tasks assigned by Director

Jobs Requirement

-Male (age 21-30) -Degree in Accounting & Finance -Professional Tax School, General Department of Tax Certificate , Tax Agency -Minimum 3 years working experience in accounting/financial management from Logistics company, construction company, -Mature, proactive, good personality, honest, strong commitment and good management skill -Computer literacy and ability to use accounting system/software -Good command of English -Good team players -Good knowledge in local tax regulations and accounting standards. -Computer literate in Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, Email and Internet. -Willing to learn more and ability to support Accounting & Financial Team as required and in the effective manner. -High commitment and Strong communication and analytical skills. -Highly responsible for work completion with accuracy and within deadline -Can work under pressure, and good time management -Be honest, Loyal, reliable, flexible, innovative, fast learner and hardworking. -Can travel to site for cash collection.
