An Executive Chef will be responsible for managing the entire kitchen department, to ensure the smooth kitchen operation, overseeing the foods preparation, planning menus, ordering the suppliers, and to ensure the high standard hygiene of the kitchen is well maintained, develop an inspired group of talented and committed individuals, capable of preparing and serving the finest food with the International Service Standard…etc. *KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATOR -Covers -Departmental staffing cost -Food cost management -Departmental Profit (including indoor sales and outside catering) -Guest Comments/ satisfaction
