*JOB SUMMARY S/he is to liaise with the Group DOSM in planning and implementing the sales and marking and products development program for both short and long terms for FCC Phnom Penh and FCC Angkor. DOSM is to promote the hotels & restaurants outlets, driving for budgeted and targeted revenues by gaining market shares through proper direction, market segmentations, including but not limit to the governments, corporates, tours and travel agencies…etc. the aim is to achieve optimal and profitable sales. *DOSM is directly reporting to Group Director of Sales & Marketing of FCC Properties -Organize, manage an efficient sales & marketing team -Solicit past and new business to ensure goals are reached/exceeded -Create new group sales -Entertain and maintain good relations with existing accounts

-Bachelor degree in Sales / Marketing or other equivalent -Minimum of 7 years of working experience in the hospitality industry with specific experience in food & beverage and catering sales. -Good command of spoken and written English is a must.
