- Valuation collateral all branches; - Site visit customer about purpose, income, value collateral; - Check and extract information from loan files for visit with resident house’s clients; - Finding for mistakes or non-compliance with credit process policies; - Monitor the trend to increasing loan size from one-to-one cycles as to whether the clients for new cycles is able to afford for repayment, collateral and other term is enough with policy - Finding real information with a credit officer by directly interview with clients, neighbors, or guarantors; - Analyze, evaluate and identify possible other problems; - Contact the conclusion and recommendations of the department of Credit Control Risk Management and to the branches; - Product credit risk report after credit review from branch to line manager; - Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of credit data and credit tracking systems; - Others task will be assigning by supervisor;

- Bachelor’s degree in finance and Banking, Business Administration or any related field - At least 2 to 3 years experienced financial institution (experience in Credit Control Risk Officer is preferable) - Good verbal and written communication skills in English - Good in analytical skills - Ability to work as a team, sense of confidentiality, integrity - Proficient working knowledge of computer skills
