Jobs Description

• Create new market share through prospecting and developing a new customer base. • Strengthen existing customer partnerships within commercial accounts. • Cultivate new leads through referrals, company provided leads, networking groups and cold- calling. • Independently establish call plans and customer follow-up strategies and tactics, and consistently apply time and territory management techniques • Conduct post installation follow-up by contacting customer, ensuring commitments were met and affirming customer satisfaction once the customer has been in service • Provide security consultations to customers that include design, scope of work, theory of operation and solution integration. • Develop professional relationships with the client by demonstrating an understanding of their business and their technology requirements and achieving reliable, timely and high-quality delivery. • May respond to requests for Proposals and Requests for Information in a timely manner. • Promote and cross sell all products and services. • Sell additional products and services to existing accounts that continue to present new sales opportunities. Sell add-ons, amend, and convert existing customer systems to meet the customers' expectations • Identify prospects utilizing creative lead-generating techniques and maintain productive working relationships with existing customers • Delivers sales presentations to customers and prospects. • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of complete line of products/services and customers' issues and needs through in-house training and reading/research • Process work order and complete all paperwork in accordance with approved and standardized procedures

Jobs Requirement

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales representative, preferably in the security or technology industry. • Broad knowledge of the following technologies: CCTV, IP video, Intelligent Video, video storage & archiving, command/control display technologies and general Security system principles and practices. • Expert in customer relationships, conflict resolution, negotiation, and customer service. • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to present to executives. • Strong team player who can communicate, motivate and interact effectively with technical, commercial and clerical team-members. • Proven ability to generate leads • Strong negotiation skills and business acumen • Results driven • Team Oriented • Problem solving and forward thinker
