- Work with customers about the quality of service, improve service quality better on behalf of the Aeon Delight. - Be responsible for the quality of cleaning services at the buildings, offices, shopping mall, supermarkets, ... according the cleaning & service standards. - Manage cleaning staffs: working roster, timekeeping, reward, discipline, ... - Supervisor, training, coaching cleaning staff, to ensure all staff are aware of safety procedures. - Supervise the services quality of cleaning contractors. - Management of cleaning machines, equipment, chemicals at the work. - Report to Operation/Site Manager and prepare regular report. - And other tasks required by the manager. Report to: Operation Manager and/or Site Manager (of ADV)

University degree is preferred. - Min 2 years-experience at supervisory level in hospitality industry, knowledgeable in housekeeping operation and cleaning methods will be a plus. - Cambodian nationality. Good English ability (Japanese or Vietnamese is a plus but not a must) - Highly committed, well organized, pro-active, honest, detailed and compliance. - Good at communication & training skill, leadership, solve problem skill. - Willing to work in shifts and under high pressure
