IT Operations Officer to implement, maintain, and support our growing network infrastructure, call center system, finger-scan access control, POS, mPOS, TMS (Terminal Management System) and transaction status of Core System. You will be part of a team that is responsible for designing and developing scalable, maintainable, highly available network architectures that meet business objectives and SLAs. • Configure and install various computer devices and services (e.g., PC, laptop, e-mail, basecamp, skype … etc) • Configure and install POS Terminal • Configure and install mPOS Terminal • Configure and install AVAYA Call Client • Configure Wi-Fi System • CCTV System Monitoring • Support Related to Office Network Infrastructure • Maintenance TMS (Terminal Management System) • Maintenance and Manage Finger-print system • Authorize staffs fingerprint to authorized area (Merge above point) • Perform computer maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations • Monitor performance and ensure PC, laptop, POS, mPOS, Simfonie are working properly to provide high productivity to team • Monitor transaction status in Core System of merchants, customers and partners and escalate issue to management level • Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning • Provide Tier 2 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues • Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the Pi Pay’s IT assets; PC, laptop, POS, mPOS • Select and implement security tools, policies, and procedures in conjunction with the company’s security team • Liaise with other IT personnel for problem resolution • Working with Partners, Vendors and Suppliers for any company purposes

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science and Engineering • Experienced (Knowledge)with POS terminal, mPOS terminal • Experienced (Knowledge) with computer’s hardware repair • Experienced with IT Helpdesk system • Willing to travel in Phnom Penh and provinces • Well in Windows 7, 8, 8.1, 10 • Well in Linux CentOS, Ubuntu • Basic Knowledge Related to Routing, Switching and Network Security Concepts • Basic Knowledge Related to System Server • Good communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills • Very good in speaking, writing English • Teamwork, patient and problems solving • Good interpersonal, analytical and communication skills both in Khmer and English
