Jobs Description

• Manage all employee engagement activities per event calendar • Exit management and recovery of company assets including payments as per auditable standards requirements • Manage employee performance improvement program • Champions all disciplinary matters including Domestic Inquiry • Attend to all Labor and Industrial Relations issue • Act as company liaison with relevant Government departments and other related bodies • To provide employees with a working environment that eases employees work life • To ensure employees receive and provides information correctly and concisely • To provide a secure workplace • To manage and address the pulse of the organization • To establish good networking and act as main liaison between company and external bodies • Responsible for process improvement in Employee Relations • To promote core values of the corporation and Vietnam site • Provide direct report with necessary trainings • Encourage workers to report violations of company labor, ethics and EHS policies • Timely address to all issues related to labor, ethics • Good understanding in local applicable laws, any regulations or procedures, comply to auditable standards • Lead the relationship and key negotiations with Trade union and other representative forums as appropriate with a view to running business, performance employee engagement and legal compliance • Representative to handle meetings with BOD and worker and our Trade union for any crisis issues • Be a visible role model for BVN values and behavior • Be responsible for handling of disciplinary, grievance, capability, and performance issue, termination management, crisis management leading in hearing when appropriate • To advice manager in cases of absentee, ensure compliance with policies and procedures

• Education : University/ College • Computing Skill : Familiar with MS Office • Languages skill: Proficiency in English • Personality & attitude: Good attitude and integrate • Skills: Communication skills/ Negotiation skill/ Problem solving skill/ Planning skill/ Interpersonal skill, good command of labor code
