Jobs Description

• Discuss with HR Manager and other relevant Department Heads to schedule and ensure timeline of trainings which has little affect to working schedule of employees • Ensure that orientation training covers all subjects regarding company policies and procedures • Develop strategy, program to evaluate the effectiveness of training by getting the feedback of trainees or testing trainees’ knowledge after actual training by observing, interviewing to evaluate how much the employees comprehend the training’s program • Conduct internal training course “Train the trainer” Training • Handle internal and external audits to ensure all documentation meets audit requirements and customers’ requirement • Champion the implementation of all management system and quality initiatives of the company • Proactively participate in company’s drive for Continuous Improvement in all its business processes like Training Program “30 day training” or “15 day training” for sewers • Conduct Training Need Analysis survey for factory and basing on the Training Need Analysis result to design appropriate Training Master Plan, modules and programs to ensure the activities designed which are helpful for improving employees’ skill, abilities and knowledge • Monitor all the training courses are carried out properly and have responsibility for consulting the invited speakers deliver the training with appropriate teaching methodology • Prepare the training material, slide and ensure to constantly update materials to match with buyers’ and legal requirement • Champion the implementation of environment, health, safety; Code of Conduct, Workplace Standard and Discipline to ensure active participation of the Department and assigned committee to achieve a safe, secure, clean and healthful work environment • Assist in any programs designed to improve quality and efficiency of the operational processes as well as reduce costs • Develops and controls, plans and budgets and implement cost effective systems of controlling over such activities as operating, expenditure, manpower, salaries, wages • Ensure that the Operators (Sewer) Skill Inventory Program is being conducted every year • Maintain the highest level of integrity and cooperate ethical standards in company dealing with people to ensure factory under control • Take an active role in building up good relationship with the community, society, and company • Coach, supervise, review and monitors the performance of subordinate and make recommendations on their movements

Jobs Requirement

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Training and Education • Computing Skill: Office Applying Skill (Word, Excel, Power point) • Languages skill: Good in communication in English and Mandarin is plus other benefit. • Personality & attitude:  Teamwork: Can work with others with respect and cooperative attitude, understand the team’s target and his/her role to adjust the roles aiming to achieving team’s target  Keep in good relationship with coworkers and customers  Work with great passion, enthusiastic to achieve exceed targets  Aggressive and ability to act quickly  Always honest and have self-discipline, trustworthy, go into detail to dig up the feasible plans before execution.  Willing to embrace changes  Coaching: Passion in training people  Problem solving: Figure out the root cause, collect information and develop series of action plans to take action and make resolution to problems  Planning and organizational: Facilitate effectiveness development according to company’s future strategy, attract potential trainer, creating a leaning environment • Skills:  Knowledge on Training Need Analysis  Good communication skill  Ability for formulate and execute Training policies and procedures  Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines  Have knowledge on manufacturing process
