*** Specific Responsibilities He/she shall perform the following specific responsibilities: •Responsible for day-to-day accounting Works; •Responsible for preparing interim payment to client; •Responsible for performing all bank related duties; •Responsible for preparing monthly tax declaration to Tax Department. •Responsible for preparing the financial statements in respect to the requirements of the Tax Department. •Coordinate with the annual tax consultant in preparing annual tax declaration to Tax Department. •Maintain the books of accounts, i.e. ledger, sub-ledger, cash book and all other records as required with respect to account. •Maintain the paid vouchers in chronological order for future reference and auditing purpose; •To continuously improve system & procedures to enhance internal controls are satisfied audit requirements. •Maintain a proper inventory of project assets register, including numbering, recording and reporting; •Maintain the inventory file to support purchases of all equipment/assets. •Safe custody of the financial documents and data and, •Any other function assigned by Financial Management and the General Manager.
