Owner of manufacturing reflash equipment, procuring new equipment where necessary, working closely with suppliers at pre-acceptance thru installation. In charge of creating programs and performing SW releases when engineering SW changes are required. Will make continuous improvements (test script improvement, electrical/mechanical changes) on the reflash process to improve first pass yields / improve production output. Will manage the PFMEA, control plan for the various reflash production lines. Will collaborate globally and align on engineering changes amongst parties in Malaysia, Michigan, Germany and Portugal.
