- Verities all document before recording into the system - Entry all the transaction in to system - Check all accounting transaction - Preparation of voucher expense and payment - Operation of petty cash and money for change - Check inventory import, make PO & Receive and produce items code - Solve all the cashier’s problems (system or inventory) - Record VISA Card transaction - Deposit daily cash sale into bank - Control on assets and response on office supplies - Manage on seller day off, OT, PH and attendant monthly working - Check inventory at the end of the month - Prepare voucher for accrued expense and depreciation expense - Process payroll and pay slips - Closing Monthly report - Prepare inventory report such as sale report and inventory at the end of the month - Prepare financial report balance sheet, income statement - Keep all accountant document

- Bachelor Degree or Studying with Accounting fields - 2 years’ experience in this related field - With strong understanding of the workings - Is Mature, proactive, good personality, honest, strong commitment - Good computer literacy and ability to use MS. Office, internet and email - Able to speak English - Good team players
