- Response for building viable channel of agent & merchant network to support company's business & partners - Develop & execute the strategy for agent and ‘merchant business line including but not limit to, agent recruitment, pricing, marketing, target segmentation, service quality, etc. - Implement effective control and monitoring to improve the channel service and quality - Responsible for annual budget planning and its success of achieving the target - Ensure the agent and merchant compliance with the policies and other procedures is fully adhered - Closely work with Regional Channel Manager team in implementing the strategy with provincial branches - Continuously collect and evaluate the change in the market propose the change to the management - Collaborate with relevant department in evaluating the change effectiveness of business processes and practices for improvement or change - Any other tasks as deemed necessary and requested by Head of Channel and Operations or company’s Management

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferable - 5 years of relates experience in the channel and/or channel management, MNO, Branchless Banking, FMCG, or related industry - Proven record of successful sales and/or channel management - Creatively, proactive, self-starter and product analysis skill - Rigorous, discipline, and integrity - Fluent in English - Proficient with Ms. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint - Willingness and capacity to carry out fieldwork involving significant travel to province
