- Prepare Payment Vouchers , Petty cash Vouchers to Supplier follow the payment schedule - Posting all purchase invoices, Payment Vouchers, Petty cash voucher to accounting system - Keep update Petty cash books and bank books - Reconcile between accounting books to the system - Maintains accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions. - Produce monthly account payable report and report to accounting manager

- Knowledge of accounts payable - Knowledge of general accounting procedures - Knowledge of relevant accounting software (such as Sage, QuickBooks) - 1-3 year accounts payable or general accounting experience
