• Proactively prospecting new accounts and partnerships for Song Saa, following the sales process through to conversion into ‘producing’ accounts. • Manage key accounts/key prospects to ensure maximum yield in line with budgetary objectives. • To arrange and manage familiarization trips as and when necessary. • Develop and design attractive offers and packages for guests and travel agents. • Monitor and analyse sales results. • Ensure accurate and effect communication with the reservation and marketing teams. • Drive total hotel revenue and take ownership for the achievement of budgeted revenue streams. • Understand the competitive luxury property landscape and feeder market dynamics and changing customer needs. • Ensure sales related activities support customer satisfaction, retention and new business development goals. • Develop departmental SOPs and conduct various sales related training with the team.

• 2+ year’s experience in Leisure Sales for Travel Agents/DMCs/Hotels required. • Comprehensive understanding of leisure contracting/mapping/tracking with developed contact list. • Able to travel regionally if required. • Advanced presentation skills. • Advanced English skills in reading/writing/speaking.
