1 - Accountant • Monitoring the update of tax and accounting regulation and reporting to the management • Ensure payment are made on time and compliance with policies • Preparer all declaration to GDT & MOL • Handling monthly tax and annual tax on profit • Updating Business registration & controlling company documentation • Any other taxation issues such as vehicle, building etc. • Perform other duty assigned by the management 2 - Customer Service Executive • Responsible in assisting customers in finding merchandise • Always provide customers great customer service • Ensure cleanliness of assigned sales area • Give feedback about products to higher management • Be cashier as assigned by the captain • Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas • Perform other related tasks as assigned by Management 3 - Senior Customer Service Executive • Leading the team and monitoring team sales performance • Ensure that all customer service team provide consistent service service standard • Ensure cleanliness of assigned sales area • Give feedback to the team on area to improve and identify training need to boost their performance • Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas • Perform other related tasks as assigned by Management
