The Assistant Accountant will register daily transactions in the accounting system and maintain accounting records. He/she will be supporting the finance team in various admin and finance tasks. Duties • Recording daily transactions in QuickBooks accounting system (expenses and revenue) • Keeping accounting documents and files • Assist accountant in daily tasks such as preparing invoices, receipt and payment vouchers • Assist finance team to prepare month-end closing report on time • Assist in bank deposits and withdrawals • Assist in tax declaration and tax payment • Assist in fixed asset and inventory controlling and monitoring • Keeping track of customer payment - ensure there are no overdue A/R • Other task assigned by management
