- Work with customers about the quality of service, improve quality service better on behalf of the Aeon Delight. - Be responsible for the quality of facility services at the buildings, offices, shopping mall, supermarkets, ... according the facility & service standards. - Manage facility staffs: working roster, timekeeping, reward, discipline, ... - Supervisor, training, coaching cleaning staff, to ensure all staff are aware of safety procedures. - Supervise the services quality of facility contractors. - Management of facility machines, equipment, procedure at work. - Report to Operation/Site Manager and prepare regular report. - And other tasks required by the manager.

- University degree is preferred. - Cambodian nationality. - Min 2 years-experience at supervisory level in fire prevention inspection. - Knowledge of electrical work is required. - English skill is required (Japanese or Vietnamese is a plus but not a must) - Using Microsoft applications (word, excel, etc) on PC - Highly committed, strong sense of responsibility, well organized, pro-active, honest, detailed and compliance. - Good health and well-being - Good at communication & training skill, leadership, solve problem skill. - Willing to work sometimes in night shifts and under high pressure
