- Involved in the project planning, organizing and management of design team to meet the client expectation and Monitor the design process from feasibility studies / report, standard, designed development, technical design, tender document, bid process and construction consultation. - Meet with Sales & Marketing team on a regular basis and incorporate their request into the design. - Develop and prepared the project Master schedule for project, follow up, review, revise accordingly to the project by maintain deadline of the project smoothly. - Manage the out sourced design company (in case) for the cost and work quality point of view. - Manage the productivity of in house and out-source for time management. - To exhibit strong design expertise Develop & Implement quality of design and lead design production according to building codes, law, client requirements and architectural graphic standard. - To exhibit strong design and technical expertise with clear understanding of materials, structure, method statement, quality, build-able, and basic MEP systems. - Prepared and establish the employer's requirement for design related part as a project member. - Review the construction document (Materials, shop drawings, method statement….) to comply with the specification. - Manage dealing with problem coming up from the construction. - Manage and fully control all the design process to match the employer's requirement. - To exhibit tasks using computer programs such as AutoCAD Architecture, 3D Studio Max, Sketch up Pro, V-Rey Plug-in, Adobe Creatives Suites at Very good level or higher. - Check and approve the shop drawing as ARCHITECT. - Responsible for keeping and filling of any design related documented for the project. - Execution of weekly report to project engineering Director and Project Director using company EPM system. Any other tasks assigned by Project Director and Project Engineering Director.

- Bachelor Degree of Architect. - 10 Years in Design management and hands-on training junior team. - Experience for Condominium / office Building Design - Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project at good level of higher level - Either foreigner or local source is acceptabl
