WHAT WE OFFER The Technical Sales Manager is responsible for the sales and development of the company’s products in the Coatings, Adhesives and Specialties business in the North region of Vietnam. Major Tasks & Responsibilities: • Develop sales strategies for existing customers and potential customers in alignment with the regional and country strategy to ensure the sales goals are achieved or exceeded for the assigned area. • Communicate customer requirements to proper internal personnel. • Present recommendations for product introduction, prepare and deliver sales presentations to customers. • Solve technical issues for the customers in the assigned area, using knowledge on the company’s products and in coordination with the respective technical services colleagues in the country or oversea. • Participate in industry trade shows to promote products. • Gather, assimilate and analyze market and competitive information; develop and update annual sales forecast and recommend strategies for achieving long and short business plans for the assigned territory.

• Bachelor degree in Chemistry or related field. MBA is an advantage. • Have at least 5-year experience in B2B sales of coating & adhesive products, preferable at multinational companies. • Be able to conduct business with high degree of responsibility and independence. • Have good problem solving, interpersonal and leadership skills. • Have good command of both English and Vietnamese. Ability to communicate in Korean is an advantage.
