We are looking for a PHP Developer with 4 to 6 Years of PHP Object Oriented Development Experience. He/She will be responsible for managing back-end services and the interchange of data between the server and the users. Your primary focus will be the development of all server-side logic, definition and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. You will also be responsible for integrating the front-end elements built by your co-workers into the application. Therefore, a basic understanding of front-end technologies is necessary as well. Responsibilities: Be a contributing member of the agile team aiding the efforts towards successful project delivery. Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits. Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the team. Assist in documentation, development of user stories, estimates and work plans. Prepare reports, manuals, and other documentation for software. Develop, refine, and tune integrations between applications. Analyze and resolve technical and application problems

- Strong knowledge of PHP web frameworks - Familiarity with MySQL/Postgres SQL databases and their declarative query languages - Understanding the fully synchronous behavior of PHP - Understanding of MVC framework - Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 - Experience in 3rd Party API's (Google Mail/Maps, Yelp, Outlook, etc.) - Understanding accessibility and security compliance {{Depending on the specific project}} - Strong knowledge of the common PHP or web server exploits and their solutions - Familiarity with limitations of PHP as a platform and its workarounds - Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git - Experience in Smarty, Bootstrap Framework will be added advantage.
