We require an experienced cold line Marketing Manager for our Cambodia operation, based in Siem Reap, who possesses the following skills and experience: -At least 3 - 4 years of Marketing and/or Sales experience. -Recruiting, training and motivating cold line marketing staff. -Sourcing and managing fixed booth locations for marketing and promotional activities. -Generating qualified leads and overseeing an outbound telemarketing operation. -Must speak fluent English. Working knowledge of Mandarin Chinese is a plus. -Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Excel. -Able to itinerary to Bangkok and Phuket for 4 weeks to attend training program Applicants must be extremely hands on, be able to identify opportunities, conceptualise new marketing programs and see them through from start to finish.
