- Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies - Create and update expense reports - Matching invoices to purchase orders or vouchers. - Process reimbursement forms - Assisting with the processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable - Prepare bank deposits - Enter financial transactions into accounting software (QuickBooks or Peachtree) - Check petty cash in spreadsheets for accuracy - Maintain digital and physical financial records - Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed - Participate in auditing process internally and externally. - Other tasks assigned by supervisor. *Working Location: Chrey Thom, Kandal Province
