Duties and Responsibilities: • Recruit new business partner to increase our new Merchant. • Manage workflow to ensure all merchants transactions are processed accurately and timely. • Build good relationship both private and public sector. • Lead and manage merchant officer to achieve the target. • Support and work closely with Regional Manager to handle merchant recruitment in the province. • Research and monitor all competitor products to avoid our market share drop. • Work closely with Regional Sale Manager and Province Sale Manager to adopt targeted. • Provide Training to internal staff and business partners after doing MOU. • Work as the central point for complaint handling and problem-solving. • Regular visit our Merchant for increase sale volume after MOU Signed Off. • Manage merchant officer team to ensure our member's growth. • Develop and maintain deeper relationships with strategic partners both internal and external, becoming a trusted advisor to them. • Control and Check staff call card to visit the merchant. • Prepare and deliver the presentation to existing and new Merchants. • Develop and operational reporting as needed. •Report and Perform tasks assigned by Manager.

Requirements and Qualifications: • Bachelor or Master degree in Sale & Marketing, Communication, and Banking or related field • Minimum of 2-3 years’ relevant experience in a Marketing and Sale • Good communication skills both verbal and written • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Good English communication and writing skills; Chinese is a plus • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to sustain effective relations internally and externally at all levels of a large organization
