** Essential Job Responsibilities: - Coordinate the visual merchandising process across all DFS doors - Coordinate the teams of visual merchandisers, graphic artists and production staff - Establish visual merchandising concepts within luxury retail environments - Management of all fashion brands visual identities within the store, adhering to provided visual presentation guidelines from brand - Create strategic retail concepts to adapt and reflect the retail climate to drive sales - Work with design consultants in store build up/renovation and special projects - Design brief of signage and promotional programs unique to each retail concept - Maintain a library of promotional signage - Monitor customer perceptions of visual images and propose development opportunities - Create an environment and ambience which not only encourages shopping, but positively influences sales and maximizes dollar return from floor space - Liaise with Merchants to maximize product characteristics through visual merchandising. - Liaise and coordinate with vendors, operation managers and merchants in the implementation of promotional brand activities and visual retail executions. - Establish visual merchandising training programs and staff development - Conduct weekly shop visits with Visual Merchandising team to assess and action plan opportunities ** COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS - Competitive salary - Work-related accident insurance (NSSF) - Group personal accident insurance (24 hours) - Medical insurance (including inpatient, outpatient, maternity, dental and optical) - Life insurance - Meal allowance - Overtime and shift allowance - Language allowance - Child care allowance and - Other benefits
