Jobs Description

** Essential Job Responsibilities: - Assist the sales management in maintenance of presentation quantities and special display minimums. - Responsible for daily sales reports preparation/dispatch - Follow ups in regards to Boutique maintenance – VM photo reports when Boutique manager/assistant Boutique manager are out of office - Support to Boutique manager/Assistant Boutique manager for sales reporting (daily/Monthly) - Execute agreed “Discontinued” status SKU actions plans. - Coordinated the use of rebalance reports to maintain stock levels at agreed presentations levels. - Provide feedback to sales management on stock status. - Coordinate the execution and reconciliation of regularly scheduled cycle counts. - Execute the adjustment of inventory damages and lost and found. - Research inventory variances. - Direct and support inventory preparation. - Direct execution of price changes and markdown. - Manage gift with purchase inventory. - Develop stock adjustments to support promotional activities - Assist in the execution of daily departmental promotions. - Assist the Boutique manager and sales team as needed. ** COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS - Competitive salary - Work-related accident insurance (NSSF) - Group personal accident insurance (24 hours) - Medical insurance (including inpatient, outpatient, maternity, dental and optical) - Life insurance - Meal allowance - Overtime and shift allowance - Language allowance - Child care allowance and - Other benefits

Jobs Requirement
