• Enforce safety and sanitation regulations • Concrete volume estimation on the construction site before casting concrete • Ensure quality control of concrete at construction site, following standard operation procedure • Make concrete sample test at construction site as per request • Coordinate with laboratory for collecting concrete sample tests at site, and when finish work and concrete sample tests have age enough for transportation • Solve problems in construction site and report to Concrete Plant Manager immediately • Coordinate with central for planning everyday • Confer with management or subordinates to resolve worker problems, complaints or grievance • Deliver planning efficiency • Provide operational reports such as quality control and slump schedule to construction site everyday, concrete sample test at site report, etc.

• Hold bachelor's degree of Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineer or related disciplines • Have minimum of 1-2 years of experience • Have good command of both spoken and written English • Have proficiency in MS Office applications and Auto CAD • Understand concrete technology and structural design • Have good communication skills.
