- Highly creative with a strong in Interior and Exterior Design skills. - Preparation of drawings, planning, sketching, and 3D rendering. - Establish construction drawings (plans, elevations, detailed drawings, etc. ...). - Responsible for developing and designing construction project. - Design a new and creative artwork as quick as deadline meet. - Involve with designing new building. - Ensure that project designing matches with the need and functional. - Regular site visit to check on construction progress and produces detail drawing. - Deal with problem that might come up during construction process. - Follow up construction process with site architect. - Understand client's need. - Doing other work-related tasks assigned by management

- BA Degree a must in Architecture or Engineering, Construction. - At least 2 years of working experience. - Good in auto cad, 3D Max, Sketch up, and other Design Software (CorelDraw and Illustrator). - Self-motivated, creative, and hard working. - Good Communication, friendly, flexible, honestly, hard-working, and be able to work under pressure.
