- Handle 70% of the time work in Phnom Penh and 30% of the time work in Kratie; - Develop a Medium-Term and Long-Term Financial Strategy that will enable the group of the organization to manage its risks and identify its opportunities as it grows; - Develop and maintain sound financial practices such as (1) monitoring project expenditures, (2) managing cash flow and preparing cash-flow forecasts and (3) developing budget projection and preparing a budget for a proposal to donors. Additionally, develop and maintain a finance dashboard which can be used to give a monthly overview of the financial situation of the organization and its social enterprises; - Be proactive in advising the Executive Director on financial matters; - Provide reports to the Board of Directors on financial matters; - Supervise the Accounting Manager and accounting staff by providing ongoing training, guidance, and directions and developing them into an effective team;
