- Responsible for receiving and distributing the documents to the concerned department (letter in & out). - Control and make sure that all kind of stationeries are available for all office staffs and update inventory report (in & out). - Responsible for record of all fixed assets and office equipment. - Prepare purchase requisition (PR) for office supply and Other expense - Problem solving and day to day management of office driver and car arrangement. - Check and control the gasoline/diesel consumption of each office cars. - Overall in charge in HR routine job under the supervision Admin Supervisor.

Jobs Requirement

- Bachelor Degree in HR management or related field. - At least one year experience in HR management or related field. - Good command in English for both written and spoken. - Demonstrated ability to work on multiple activities. - Good spoken and written Khmer and English skills. - Good team player, good communication and follow the work instruction.
