- Prepare TNA at Order confirmation & follow up of TNA to meet line plan loading on time hit rate - Follow up order to ensure from Raw material shipment from suppliers on time in term of quantity and quality - Conduct internal Risk Assessment / style review / PP meeting and co-ordinate with buyer for PP Meeting and Inspection (In line & Final inspection) - Arrange meeting with printing factory for capacity booking and planning loading/return & follow up activity to ensure matching with plan. - Base on mill information of quantity over/under shipment to alert short/over ship & delayed proposal to buyer - Arrange & check MO / Accessories form with approval sample and buyer requirement to release for production running - Prepare Style File, follow up trim card. - Follow up material/pattern/ for PP sample and Sample approval from customer. - Follow up material/pattern/ approved Sample for making workmanship sample / size set and get buyer approval for on-time cutting and loading. - Follow up for Dye lots / Strike off - Follow to fabric and garment test before loading / garment test before shipment release - Follow up garment defect report to analyze for over / short shipment arrangement - Weekly attend buyer visits for order status and TOP sample follow up to release shipment - Settle all day to day issues and urgent task from management - Do shipment report such as on time delivery / short / over /delay with detail reason - Prepare weekly TNA to schedule buyer visit. - Prepare OCR within 3 days after shipment.
