-Analysis fabric consume (Purchase, Receive, Issue, Usage, balance and Leftover) -Analysis of garment (Cut, Sew, Pack, Ship, leftover and total lost garment) -Analysis leftover garment, fabric after close order by MO/SO -Check on system ETS #311 & #351, SAP system (Leftover fabric & garment) -Chasing to PRN & QA return all leftover (fabric, garment) to WH on time (3days after ex-fty) -Chasing fabric team & MER to propose over ship by proper situation (Beginning cut or 30% of total cut) -Asking the reason of short ship, leftover fabric and garment after order close
