With a growing business base, we are looking for Cambodian national candidates to fill positions of Production Supervisor and Technology Engineer. The position is based in Vihear Sour commune, Ksach Kandal district, Kandal province. (The company will provide lunch on working day and transportation from Phnom Pen to the Company and vice versa). 1) PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR The Production Supervisor oversees and participates in the manufacturing of concrete products as determined by production schedules, forecasts, and work orders submitted via customer requests. The Production Supervisor ensures each task is completed in a safe manner within the allowed efficiency times. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: • Overseeing production processes. • Ensure that all products produced meet or exceed customers’ expectations regarding quality and service. • Determining quality control standards. • Organize the work flow daily based on pour schedules and ensure each team in production is well informed of the daily tasks and deadlines set for the day. • Build up and control on documentation system of each sections. • Schedule deliveries according to information provided by Sales department and maintain adequate inventories in order to meet customer needs to include raw materials, building materials, cement, fly ash, and admixtures. • Selecting, ordering and purchasing materials. • Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met. • Maintain a consistent batching sequence and monitor scale and gate accuracy. • Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment. • Create and update employee work schedules daily. • Ensure that employees are working efficiently and consistently with company policies and guidelines. • Maintain good working relationships with co-workers and outside agencies’ personnel. • Control and minimize product costs while providing a consistent quality product. • Organizing relevant training sessions. 2) TECHNOLOGY ENGINEER MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: • Calculate and draw the product drawing for company. • Solve the problem related the production technology. • Innovation the new products. • Cooperation with marketing and sale department to find the problem appear at site and costumer complaint. • Control all document related to production technology. • Prepare and make the standard product for company. • Translate and control the standard document related our product. • Prepare the calculation sheet, drawing and technology standard for costumer. • Join to test new product and finish product with costumer. • Prepare bill materials all products for finance department. • Performs other duties assigned by supervisor. • Coordinate with Sales staff to do the marketing activities to support sale.

1) PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR • At least bachelor’s degree in Civil engineering or related fields. • At least 3 years progressive experience in a construction or manufacturing environment including 2 years in management role. • Be able to calculate and design concrete. • Be able to use Auto Cad program and MS Office well. • Confidence, organization and efficiency. • Leadership and interpersonal skills. • Communication and team working skills. • Being patient, hardworking and can work with flexible hours. 2) TECHNOLOGY ENGINEER • Graduate university with the field of civil engineering or other related fields. • At least one year experience with concrete design. • Understand the product of prestressed concrete. • Understanding the method to organize the calculation document and product deployment. • Knowledge of materials, especially construction materials. • Can understand the some design programs (such as Auto-CAD program). • Be able to work under pressure and flexible hour. • Good English skill (Speaking, Reading, Listening and Writing) and computer literate. • Creativity, flexibility and problem solving skill.
