- Work as the Manager of front customer service and hotel reservation. - Training reception staffs - Watch daily operation and advise if needed - Staff evaluation - Summarize the voices from customer and take advantage of it to improve service quality - Run our Hotel Management System - Manage and control the reservation status of hotel room - Report the service related thing daily, monthly to the managers - Other tasks assigned by General Manager
