AEON Cambodia is recruiting below position: 1- Graphic Designer : 01 (Phnom Penh Store) - Cultivate a solid body of work - Take the design “brief” to record requirements and clients needs - Schedule project implementation and define budget constraints - Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software - Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts - Prepare rough drafts and present your ideas - Amend final designs to clients comments and gain full approval - Work as part of a team with copywriters, designers, stylists, executives etc. 2- Marketing Officer/Senior: 01 (Phnom Penh Store) - Contribute in the implementation of marketing strategies - Support the marketing manager in overseeing the department’s operations - Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness - Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for products or services on a variety of media (social, print etc.) - Liaise with stakeholders and vendors to promote success of activities and enhance the company’s presence - See all ventures through to completion and evaluate their success using various metrics - Prepare content for the publication of marketing material and oversee distribution - Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth - Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses

Graphic - Proven graphic designing experience - Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality - Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio - Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas - Up to date with industry leading software and technologies (In Design, Illustrator, - Dreamweaver, Photoshop etc) - Highly proficient in all design aspects - Professionalism regarding time, costs and deadlines Marketing Officer/Senior - Proven experience as marketing officer or similar role - Solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principles - Good understanding of market research techniques, statistical and data analysis methods - Excellent knowledge of MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM) - Thorough understanding of social media and web analytics - Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills - Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities - Creativity and commercial awareness - A team player with a customer-oriented approach - BSc/BA in marketing, business administration or relevant field Location Basis: AEON (Cambodia) Co., Ltd (Chamkarmorn) If you are interested in this vacancy, you can send your resume and cover attach with photo to either our email address or AEON Cambodia with AEON MALL PHNOM PENH - along Sothearos BLVD.
