1. KEY TASKS: To promote TMN App to customer 2. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: o Assist with the development and implementation of a wallet strategy focusing on the relationship with market customer o Establish and maintain a high quality of monthly active user of wallet account within the TMN customer app and associated databases to enable a single customer view for each contact to drive more effective customer interaction working o Ensure all customers receive consistent, relevant communication across all channels o Increase number of wallet account in market by acquisition activity o Delivering of a wallet strategy is essential in helping drive the business forward through engaging and communicating effectively with both new and existing customers o Reporting market feedback and result to line manager

o Degree or equivalent qualification in business or a related subject o Strong knowledge of acquisition skill or sale skill o Having ability to communicate with customer o Promoting TMN product o Strong organization and planning skills o Mobile app knowledge o Having ability to work under pressure and to deadlines o Having ability to 'sell' your ideas o Good presentation skills
