- Control hotel stock - Schedule rosters. - Check regularly the works of subordinates - Deal with problems and complaints from other departments - Be able to train subordinates - Report to superiors concerning hotel management on daily basis - Organize hotel’s room for customers and make sure that the rooms are clean and neat - Be responsive to the needs and demands of other departments. - Contribute good idea to improve hotel management

- High school diploma, Bachelor Degree in Tourism and Hotel Management is an advantage. - Good command in English and (Vietnamese is advance) - Computer literate, MS Word and MS Excel. - 2 or 3 years of experience in Hotel Management. - Honest, Patient, Motivation skill, can work under pressure
