1. Fluent in Chinese in both spoken and written; 2. Bachelor Degree in IT, Business Management or other degrees related; 3. Have about 2-year experience as Customer Service (Having Customer Service related experience in ISP or Telecom is a priority); 4. Good at Microsoft Office (Word & Excel), Internet and Email; 5. Can work under pressure and do multi-tasks ; 6. Can complete tasks needed in a responsible manner; 7. hard-working, responsible, flexible, aggressive and honest. 8. Can work closely with other staff. - Working time: 9:00 AM ～6:00 PM - Working day: Take 4 days off per month. - Holiday: Irregular - Salary: $ 700 ～ $ 1000 •Benefit and allowances: 1.
