•Possess strong marketing experience in fields of education, catering service and real estate (condominiums and apartment). •Develop and implement marketing strategies to maximize the opportunities and increase company revenues target. •Initiate, plan & conduct marketing activities to improve business results. •Plan and organize promotional presentations and maintain marketing calendar. •Strong communication and creative thinker. •Knowledge of marketing via social media websites. •Coordinate events. •Communicate with clients regarding quotes, products, and ensuring their details are kept current. •Monitoring and evaluating sales analysis and trends. •Demonstrate strong analytical skills •Report operations & results of marketing activity to CEO •Other works required by management
