Job Purpose - Working under the supervision of IT Manager the IT network support will carry out technical work pertaining to technology network as well as IT maintenance. Principal Accountabilities - Workstations/Printer/Scanner and users support - Network cabling, LAN and PC setup - Monitor video streaming server and internet - Messengers, 3CX and telephone setup and support - Troubleshoot network, WiFi, Switch and internet connectivity - Manage and troubleshoot wireless network topology. - Troubleshoot and organize network cabling. - Provide technical assistant for help desk support. - Workstation support for all department needs

- A Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related discipline. - At least two years working as an IT Technical Support. - Very good in English - Be able to work in night shift. - Able to using Linux, Windows server, and web servers. - Good knowledge in computer networking and understanding about CCNA. - Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Clustering, and security. - Experience in Cisco network switching and routing.
