Job Purpose - Working under the supervision of the Slots Manager the Slot Technician carries out technical work pertaining to machine faults and machine maintenance. Principal Accountabilities a) Ensures the availability of slot machine equipment, spare parts, and tools. b) Handles the repair of slot machines, signage, and other related equipment to ensure its full operating capacity by floor servicing, troubleshooting and the replacement of faulty or defective parts. c) Ensures that the opening and closing of machine doors when servicing is done properly with the Surveillance monitoring and security as witnessed. d) Carries out the preventive maintenance of slot machines, Gaming Equipment according to schedule and maintains its records. e) Prepares and submits maintenance and repair reports to the Slots Manager for checking and consolidation. f) Records, reports and Suggest on issued slot machine spare parts and inventory to Slots Manager to maintain a sufficient spare parts stock level. g) Controls the use and maintenance of slot machine workshop tools and performs regular check-up and inventory of the same. h) Notifies the Slots Manager of any incident of doubtful in nature. i) Performs as Slot Attendants’ duty when nothing to repair or maintain. j) Performs other duties as may be designated by the Slots Manager

- High school or bachelor degree in mechanic engineering or other related field. - At least 1 or 2 years’ experience in slot machine or similar related field. - Knowledge of computer applicant office. - Hardworking, honest and conscientious. - Self-motivate, service oriented. - Good command of spoken and written English.
