Jobs Description

** Role Purpose: The leader will ensure that the front line teams meets their objectives by leading, coaching and developing individual capabilities. The leader will also identify and support additional value creating opportunities that drive customer sales in support of the volume, share and profit objectives of the market. ** Key Responsibilities: ** General Activities: Team Coaching • Agree and measure the set of performance indicators for each direct report • Agree and deliver the coaching & development plan, including regular feedback sessions, for each direct report • Ensure that a full appraisal is carried out annually with a mid-year review as per ITG guidelines • Adapt coaching and mentoring styles to the learning styles of front line direct reports • Collection, analysis and reporting of relevant information/ data • Effectively engage direct reports with the company and functional values, objectives and strategy. • Ensure that a full appraisal of all direct reports is carried out annually, with a mid-year review, as per ITG guidelines ** General Activities: Administration • Collection, analysis and reporting of relevant information/ data • Ensure that all Rep 'B' balance cash and stock daily and that all administration is completed • Manage HIL assets (within an agreed framework) • Collaborate internally with other business functions ** Specific Core Activities: Performance Management • Ensure alignment of front line to known customer and shopper needs • Design effective and efficient coverage plans and ensure delivery. • Set and ensure distribution and availability of an agreed range • Support the on-time effective availability of new products • Support the on-time effective availability of new products • Monitor to ensure timely order capture and accuracy • Support shaping of orders through up-selling & inputting into customer’s order size & content • Support scheduling of customer orders and deliveries to ensure on-time delivery and availability • Ensure accurate and up-to-date master data maintained ** Value-creating activities: Sales Development • Adapt communication approach to meet specific customer needs • Build a sustainable availability platform against defined causes • Build sustainable business relationships with assigned customers • Drive price parity and/ or relativity across the portfolio • Identify and action additional commercially viable value-creating activities • Provide & mentor value-creating category and cross-category advice
