- Provide assistance and support that is in line with Sales Team - Assist in providing administrative & logistical supports to the Company - Assist in the preparation of agreements and quotations - Support the setup and supervise of business activities and operational procedures - Liaise and work closely with other departments in projecting the image and goodwill of the Company - Maintains an update and accurate calendar as well as schedules appointment and office meeting as requested - Establish and build long term relationship with clients and business partners - Participate & Support in the initiation and implementation of promotion activities/local and international events - Record all inquiries and transactions closed by Sales Team - Conduct surveys under customers and business partners - Perform other related tasks assigned by the Company

- Good proficiency in oral and written ENGLISH & CHINESE - Bachelor degree in Administration, Business Management or other relevant field - Good organizational and communication skills as well as respect for confidentiality - Willing to work under pressure & learn new things - Female is encouraged
