• Manage Marketing department by planning, leading and implementing marketing plans in close co-operation with sales and other supporting functions and in accordance with regional strategy to meet short and long term business objectives. • Analyse market and competitors to get a deep understanding of the market, identify potential gaps and develop activities to act on these. Share analysis and findings with Regional Marketing. • Track and optimize allocation of A&P resources for ATL & BTL activities. Maximize effectiveness of spend by continuously evaluating previous and current activities to prioritize and ensure efficient use of marketing budget. • Develop a competitive pricing structure in accordance with company strategy. • Manage and develop competency of Marketing team through proper work delegation, guidance and coaching. • Keep abreast on market dynamics and industry trends, including competitor’s products and activities by conducting internal research and from own observation/experience to ensure effective marketing planning.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/ Marketing (or any related fields) • Preferably with a minimum 7-9 years work experience • Good communication skills and proficient in English. Khmer and/or Chinese is a plus. • Highly motivated, independent and possess good interpersonal skills
