• To achieve annual sales target through planning, implementing and executing programs according to our strategy and business plan to ensure continuing growth in the Cambodian market. • Drive the dealer sales team by setting and following up the channel KPIs of sales value, distribution and collection to ensure profitable growth in retail. • Lead and manage the project specification team by systematically building and tracking list of project pipeline to ensure successful specification • Lead and manage the Multicolor team to ensure smooth setup and operation of paint tinting systems in retail channel. • Build and maintain close contact with key customers and respond to market changes through monitoring competitor activities and customer needs to secure a thorough understanding of the business and challenges so as to stay ahead of competition. • Manage and develop competency of Sales team through proper work delegation, guidance and coaching

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/ Marketing (or any related fields) • Preferably with a minimum 7-9 years work experience in the building material and construction industry. • Good communication skills and proficient in English. Khmer and/or Chinese is a plus. • Highly motivated, independent and possess good interpersonal skills
