• Setup KPI and update JD for job rotation and new hire • Support HOD for PA • Recruitment and Retaining (Internal & External) • Manage and keep company official documents • Implement Company policy effectively • Manage or control staff attendance in office and outlet • Prepare staff contract with new hire and Complete document and orientation for new staff • solving staffs ‘problem with internal or outside • Manage electrician, admin, Security & Cleaner staffs • Manage all event in company, like birthday or party est. • Good relationships with local authorities • Manage administrative Expend chart Account. • Setup Finger-print system • Setup HR report template (Labor cost, staff productivities, staff turnover, staff movement) • Review insurance with Forte (Vehicle, Moto, TukTuk, Staff) • Review Vehicle Tax • Ensure effective & efficient HR & admin operation • Compensation & benefit (Payroll & Procession) • Do staff exit interview for turnover • Other work set-up by GM

• Completed Bachelor’s Degree of business management or HR/Admin management • Age 30 - 45, Cambodia candidate • Male • An individual with positive mind set, strong leadership skills, interpersonal communication skills, out-going person • Minimum 5– 7 years of HR/ Admin in experience from in home supply, construction materials products • Strong planning ability and implement • Have strong network • Very good in English both speaking and writing • Able to work late after office hour
