- To implement the policies for AML/CFT measures. - To ensure the appropriate AML/CFT procedures including customer acceptance policy, customer due diligence (CDD), record keeping, on-going monitoring, reporting of suspicious transactions and combating the financing of terrorism are implemented efficiently. - To have regular assessment of the AML/CFT mechanisms to ensure that the mechanisms are sufficient to address the changing trends. - To ensure the compliance with the AML/CFT legal and regulatory requirements. - To ensure all employees are aware of AML/CFT measures including policies, control mechanisms and channel of reporting to ensure the effectiveness of such measures. - To ensure the identification of money laundering and financing of terrorism risks associated with new products or services or arising from the Company’s operational changes, including the introduction of new technology and processes.

- A good Law Degree from recognized university in Cambodia. Having Master Degree is an advantage. - A legal assistant with at least 1-year-experience in banking and finance in a leading law firm or in the legal department of banks/micro-finance institutions/leasing companies. - Proactive individual with an analytical mind, an eye for details and sound knowledge of laws and regulations applicable to banks and financial institutions. - Able to work independently and effectively under pressure.
