1. KEY TASKS: • Work closely with Legal Manager and Legal Executive to update and document any law/regulation change which impact to TrueMoney Products and Services • Draft standard template of Agreement and letter for TrueMoney as a whole • Review and revise letter, commercial and non-commercial Agreement in accordance with business need and change. • Provide legal advice as required by business owner or management • Work closely with Legal Executive on contracts filling management • Work on dispute and litigation. 2. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: • Prepare, review and process Agreement; • Draft the company standard Agreement; • Work with related departments in developing the company policies; • Work with credit business owner and lawyer in dealing with bad debt or company’s case (if any); • Work on dispute and any other legal issues (case by case basis); • Work with or give advices to management team related to legal issues; • Work with partners, suppliers or customers project by project basis on discussion and reviewing all kind of Agreements; • Update Agreement into Contract Master List; • Review expired Agreement and alert to related departments; • Representing/arranging for appropriate representation on behalf of the company in all instance where legal action is involved. • Provide timely and accurate legal advice to the company; • Participate in law reform; • Other task assigned by Legal Manager.

• Hold a Legal qualification/certificate (Bachelor Degree in law and economic) • Currently practicing/or has practiced within the last 3 years, as Legal Adviser • Strong team working skills • A good team player • Active and willing to learn • Good communication • Friendly personality • Written and spoken English • Willing to work under pressure
