- Responsible for the monthly close as well as maintenance of all accounting ledgers including monthly review of all account reconciliations, and journal entries - Preparation of all financial reports, including Profit and Loss Statement, Balance sheet and Statement of Cash Flows - Manage company tax declaration such as monthly tax return, personal tax on salary, withholding tax, VAT and deal with tax government officer - Provide timely explanations of variances between actual results and forecasts/budgets - Work with internal and external auditors during reviews and audits to ensure full cooperation from accounting staff - Review revenue and expense account analysis and bank reconciliation and oversee fixed asset management - Approves all journal entries and accruals prepared by accounting officer - Propose efficiencies and work flow improvements - Various office management functions

- Bachelor degree or Master degree in Accounting or Finance - At least three year experiences with accounting and financial field - Strong supervisory, organizational skills and computer skills - Must be PC proficient and have strong experience with Quick Books & Microsoft Office - Excellence command in English is a must - Ability to do multi-task and work under pressure - Strong Knowledge of Cambodian taxation law - Be flexible and problem solving skill
