Jobs Description

- Responsible for all purchasing activities within the company such as Office Stationery, Office Suppliers, Groceries, Rice, Staff and Workers uniforms, Operational Tools and equipment’s, Mechanic Spare Parts, Office Furniture’s, Service Contract, Maintenance Contract, Rental Contract, Truck Maintenance Contract and Purchasing of Trucks. - Responsible for sourcing the suppliers and quotations for all purchases within the company. - Make sure the comparison of the quotation is well prepared with reason and explanation and supporting documents is complete. - Purchaser need to make sure the process and the policies of purchasing and quotations is follow and all required documents is complete. - Responsible daily and monthly report on purchasing progress and status. - Responsible for Monthly report of suppliers and contact list. - Responsible to update the purchase item list and purchase item’s price list. - Assist with the process of contract making for purchase of services and maintenances and others. - Making sure that all request for purchases is taken action at fast action and deliver the result on time. - Making sure the filling of all purchases is up to date. - Provide professional administration service to administration department and the supervision of the fuel and stocks with monthly report and request for stocking. - Other assignment that may assigned by the manager.

Jobs Requirement

- Bachelor’s degree Office Administration and or related field. - Minimum 2 years working experience in the specific field. - Honest, highly responsible and reliable. - Good computer literacy (Internet and Email, Ms. Word, Excel). - Ability to manage multiple tasks. - Good communication skills and self-motivated with Good team player - Good English with the ability and able to work independently or as a team - Good integrity, positive attitude, helpful, high commitment, competence and motivation.
